航空發動機精密鑄件射線CR工藝研究

鑄(zhu)(zhu)件(jian)(jian)(jian)在(zai)航(hang)空(kong)發(fa)動(dong)(dong)(dong)機(ji)(ji)中(zhong)所占(zhan)比(bi)重越(yue)來越(yue)高(gao),且(qie)鑄(zhu)(zhu)件(jian)(jian)(jian)形狀復雜(za)、工(gong)作(zuo)條件(jian)(jian)(jian)苛刻(ke),對(dui)鑄(zhu)(zhu)件(jian)(jian)(jian)質(zhi)(zhi)量的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)要求越(yue)來越(yue)高(gao),傳統的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)射(she)(she)(she)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)膠(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)片(pian)(pian)拍片(pian)(pian)工(gong)作(zuo)量非(fei)常大、檢(jian)(jian)測(ce)(ce)(ce)周期(qi)長、費用(yong)高(gao)、底片(pian)(pian)保(bao)管(guan)(guan)困難,迫切需(xu)要一種(zhong)檢(jian)(jian)測(ce)(ce)(ce)速度(du)快、成本低、檢(jian)(jian)測(ce)(ce)(ce)質(zhi)(zhi)量好(hao)、保(bao)管(guan)(guan)方便的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)射(she)(she)(she)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)檢(jian)(jian)測(ce)(ce)(ce)技術(shu)。基于柔性(xing)(xing)潛影(ying)感光板(ban)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)CR間(jian)(jian)接數字成像(xiang)技術(shu),克服了(le)(le)(le)膠(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)片(pian)(pian)照(zhao)相(xiang)(xiang)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)不足,且(qie)檢(jian)(jian)測(ce)(ce)(ce)工(gong)藝(yi)(yi)流程(cheng)與膠(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)片(pian)(pian)基本相(xiang)(xiang)同,因此,成為(wei)(wei)射(she)(she)(she)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)膠(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)片(pian)(pian)照(zhao)相(xiang)(xiang)檢(jian)(jian)測(ce)(ce)(ce)技術(shu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)最好(hao)替(ti)代技術(shu)。本論文(wen)(wen)主要研究了(le)(le)(le)IP板(ban)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)特(te)性(xing)(xing)及(ji)航(hang)空(kong)發(fa)動(dong)(dong)(dong)機(ji)(ji)精(jing)密(mi)(mi)鑄(zhu)(zhu)件(jian)(jian)(jian)射(she)(she)(she)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)CR檢(jian)(jian)測(ce)(ce)(ce)工(gong)藝(yi)(yi),對(dui)射(she)(she)(she)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)CR在(zai)航(hang)空(kong)發(fa)動(dong)(dong)(dong)機(ji)(ji)精(jing)密(mi)(mi)鑄(zhu)(zhu)件(jian)(jian)(jian)中(zhong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)應(ying)用(yong)具有重要的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)意義。在(zai)德國Duerr公司的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)HD-CR35型圖像(xiang)掃描設備及(ji)相(xiang)(xiang)配套的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)IP板(ban)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)基礎上(shang)。本文(wen)(wen)首先(xian)對(dui)X射(she)(she)(she)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)在(zai)物質(zhi)(zhi)中(zhong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)衰減(jian)規律(lv)進(jin)行研究,建立(li)了(le)(le)(le)衰減(jian)系(xi)數與管(guan)(guan)電壓、管(guan)(guan)電流的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)關系(xi)曲線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)。其次通過(guo)實驗(yan)對(dui)IP板(ban)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)基本空(kong)間(jian)(jian)分(fen)辨力(li)、感光特(te)性(xing)(xing)、能(neng)量響(xiang)應(ying)特(te)性(xing)(xing)、強度(du)響(xiang)應(ying)特(te)性(xing)(xing)及(ji)IP板(ban)上(shang)潛在(zai)影(ying)像(xiang)退(tui)化特(te)性(xing)(xing)等(deng)進(jin)行了(le)(le)(le)研究,為(wei)(wei)研究射(she)(she)(she)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)CR檢(jian)(jian)測(ce)(ce)(ce)工(gong)藝(yi)(yi)奠定(ding)基礎。再次,針(zhen)對(dui)特(te)定(ding)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)X射(she)(she)(she)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)機(ji)(ji)制(zhi)作(zuo)了(le)(le)(le)射(she)(she)(she)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)CR曝(pu)光曲線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian),并(bing)分(fen)析(xi)了(le)(le)(le)管(guan)(guan)電壓、管(guan)(guan)電流等(deng)透(tou)照(zhao)參數對(dui)CR成像(xiang)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)對(dui)比(bi)度(du)、對(dui)比(bi)度(du)靈(ling)敏度(du)、信(xin)噪比(bi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)影(ying)響(xiang)。最后,根(gen)據(ju)射(she)(she)(she)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)CR檢(jian)(jian)測(ce)(ce)(ce)標準(zhun)和曝(pu)光曲線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)等(deng),針(zhen)對(dui)具體的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)航(hang)空(kong)發(fa)動(dong)(dong)(dong)機(ji)(ji)精(jing)密(mi)(mi)鑄(zhu)(zhu)件(jian)(jian)(jian)進(jin)行了(le)(le)(le)射(she)(she)(she)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)CR檢(jian)(jian)測(ce)(ce)(ce)試驗(yan),得到了(le)(le)(le)最優的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)航(hang)空(kong)發(fa)動(dong)(dong)(dong)機(ji)(ji)精(jing)密(mi)(mi)鑄(zhu)(zhu)件(jian)(jian)(jian)檢(jian)(jian)測(ce)(ce)(ce)工(gong)藝(yi)(yi)參數,并(bing)與射(she)(she)(she)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)膠(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)片(pian)(pian)照(zhao)相(xiang)(xiang)缺陷檢(jian)(jian)測(ce)(ce)(ce)靈(ling)敏度(du)進(jin)行了(le)(le)(le)對(dui)比(bi)分(fen)析(xi),同時結合國內外相(xiang)(xiang)關標準(zhun),制(zhi)定(ding)了(le)(le)(le)射(she)(she)(she)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)CR技術(shu)檢(jian)(jian)測(ce)(ce)(ce)航(hang)空(kong)發(fa)動(dong)(dong)(dong)機(ji)(ji)精(jing)密(mi)(mi)鑄(zhu)(zhu)件(jian)(jian)(jian)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)一般原則及(ji)所需(xu)檢(jian)(jian)測(ce)(ce)(ce)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)航(hang)空(kong)發(fa)動(dong)(dong)(dong)機(ji)(ji)精(jing)密(mi)(mi)鑄(zhu)(zhu)件(jian)(jian)(jian)工(gong)藝(yi)(yi)卡。航(hang)空(kong)發(fa)動(dong)(dong)(dong)機(ji)(ji)精(jing)密(mi)(mi)鑄(zhu)(zhu)件(jian)(jian)(jian)射(she)(she)(she)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)CR檢(jian)(jian)測(ce)(ce)(ce)工(gong)藝(yi)(yi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)研究,為(wei)(wei)以(yi)后射(she)(she)(she)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)CR技術(shu)在(zai)航(hang)空(kong)發(fa)動(dong)(dong)(dong)機(ji)(ji)精(jing)密(mi)(mi)鑄(zhu)(zhu)件(jian)(jian)(jian)中(zhong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)應(ying)用(yong)提供了(le)(le)(le)理論及(ji)實驗(yan)基礎。
